Essential Booking Information
The Information Below May Answer the Most Common FAQs.
Group In-Person Bookings (indoor & land-based):
In-person group bookings typically require 4–10 participants
(project, location, dependent).
Outdoor land-based bookings are sometimes more flexible
and adaptable. However, please note that most land-based bookings are curated for participants to be sitting on the grounds with blankets, cushions, or other comfortable seating.
For those have mobility needs that require adaptable or adjustment seating, please contact us in advance to discuss so that we can ensure we can accommodate or curate a land-based workshop option or series that will be accessible in the event the
outdoor space may pose barriers outside our control.
Forest Walks, Hikes, Foraging and Excursions (Add-Ons)
Some of our land-based / outdoor bookings include additional activities to enhance the workshop experience, sensory engagement, and to integrate culturally responsive component that helps with the embodied ways of knowing elements.
Some of these experiences are low-barrier and some can include elements that can be more challenging depending on different factors that relate to health and safety. As such, waivers will be required to be signed by all participants that will include questionnaires to ensure all details.
For those who find some physical experiences challenging (ie: hiking along uneven or difficult terrain with loose rocks, steps, inclines/declines along route, length of path or trail, distance away from the city, pace, etc.), please email us prior to booking to discuss.
In the event a certain land-based workshop and/or add-on may not be most suitable or accessible, we are happy to explore additional options to ensure you can benefit from the methodology and related experience in a way that aligns with a broader range of capacities.
